These nuts are a part of our monthly management committee meetings.
Without them, the group feels incomplete. We enjoy munching on them
while discussing departmental concerns which usually lasts for two hours.
No need to ask...yes, many of us have high uric acid in our blood levels now.
Time to look for alternatives.

    Good choice. Those nuts are making me crave for them. They are my favorites minus the uric acid. (Lol.)

    LOL! I'm not much of a nut-eater (dental problems) but I used to love cashews. I can picture a group of people munching and talking. :)

    I've never heard of Wheat Nuts! Hmmmm. How are they different than just plain nuts? Like, Almonds would be better to eat, wouldn't they? I wonder if we have Wheat Nuts here in the U.S.?

    We eat a lot of nuts when we have our Moroccan mint tea! Goes very well together.

    What a lovely photo. I love nuts but that is a lot of nuts. Uric acid, wow be careful. You would not want to develope gout.

    I dont know what wheat nuts are.
    I would guess they are processed.

    It amazes me when we see absolutely new stuff to us on here.

    This is why I like blogging. I would never have seen wheatnuts if I hadn't.
