Very wise saying.
Oh and thankfully my area didn't get hit with the storms. I'm in the Northeast near Pittsburgh, PA. Most of the really bad weather was much further south.

that's what i think of while in karate class with the black belts (especially the young blackbelts so full of energy!) and it seems they are running circles around me - keep the pace, my pace! lol
