I love fountain pens. I have a small collection of them (three is a collection isn't it?)

That is a gorgeous pen. It has been ages since I've written or drawn using pen & ink and this brings me the urge to try it again.

I used to do a lot of caligraphy. That photo makes me want to try it again. Love the photos on your site...starting with the blue birds at the top.
Here from Dr. John's marathon trail.

Hi Viamarie, I'm visiting with Dr. John's blessing and bring you the same! At first when I saw your 46 days to Christmas, there was panic in my heart. Then I saw the wonderful fountain pen and calmed right down. I started using a fountain pen in HS - and never stopped! I have several different color pens, with ink to match. Fountain pens are fun and I always get a comment when I use mine.

Congratulations on your leadership award! Well, deserved, I'm sure :-)

Dr. John sent me by as a reminder that the pen is mightier than the sword...

I put together the pen, the need to vote here and Cuppojoe's comment that the pen is mightier than the sword. A whole story. I am in the Dr John marathon and I don't have much time to finish.

Beautiful! I have a modern calligraphy pen and use it for my xmas letters...the few ones I still write for a couple of dear friends and elderly relatives. I think it is a special treat...
