This Week's Theme: LOOKING UP

This is a painting of my nephew which my daughter did of
him when he was 2 years old. He was looking up to his mom
while she was giving him instructions on how to play with a
new toy he got as a gift for his birthday.

This is how he looks now 15 years later. He was in a pensive
mood when this was taken a week ago because the mom
he so dearly loves passed away last August 23.

She was a talented artist. She captured his look perfectly. You can still see it is the same boy, all these years later. I am very sorry for the loss you all have suffered.
